Crack Up for Back Up - 15th October, The Paddock

Please support us by helping to fundraise for Back Up this season.  We are organising a series of fun events over the year kicking off with this cracking event suitable for all ages.

For over 30 years, Back Up has helped people and their families to rebuild their independence after a devastating spinal cord injury. Their award winning, practical services challenge the perceptions of what is possible and increase people's skills and confidence.

Today, they are at the forefront of helping people adjust positively to spinal cord injury, because their support is provided by people who have been there and can understand what individuals are going through in their darkest hours so they get back up to living life to the full.
